Crime Stoppers: Fugitive Arrested

is chalking up another "capture" with Sunday's arrest of 39-year-old Christine Patrice Houghton, who was wanted for the felony of bringing a controlled substance into the .

Houghton's capture came the day after Crime Stoppers media partner Napa Patch published her photograph and description with the offer of a cash, no-questions-asked reward for information leading to her arrest.
