A 53-year-old Napa man has been identified as the motorist killed in on Jamieson Canyon Road/Hwy 12.

Thomas Robinson was driving his 1997 Ford Escort west toward Napa when for unknown reasons he crossed over the double-yellow line and drove into the path of an eastbound Cal Fire 2000 Mack tractor-trailer that was hauling a bulldozer, Officer Jaret Paulson said.

The driver of the big-rig, Vincent Zediker, 41, of Montague, Calif., was not injured.
