Bus Driver Reports Assault, Man Jailed

On 03/06/12 about 1910 hours (7:10 p.m.) NPD Officers were dispatched to the Vine Bus Transit Center at 1151 Pearl St. regarding a threats call.
Upon arrival, officers learned the suspect, Stephen Lucero 52 years old of Napa, got into a disagreement with a bus driver over a fare.
