Burn Victim Hospitalized After Possible Arson

Firefighters quickly extinguished the fire in a cluttered apartment at Fourth and Franklin.

A fire in a Fourth Street apartment building sent one man to and then to the University of California, Davis Medical Center Wednesday morning with burns to his legs and hands.

City of Napa firefighters quickly put out the blaze, which was confined to the apartment where it started shortly after 9 a.m.

THe is reporting that the fire may have been set by the burned man, who was facing eviction from the apartment.
