I'm not surprised. I've had two run-ins with that kid. He became agitated while extremely intoxicated towards myself and two co-workers when we were keeping an eye on him at my business. I've suspected he's stolen from me before, so we keep a close watch on him. After the second time experiencing his antics, I called police and had him forbidden from coming into my store.
