Bottle-Throwing Drunk Punches Out Window of Downtown Napa Store, Police Say

Victor Marcus Graham was jailed late Tuesday night after allegedly throwing a bottle at someone and punching out a window at Alice's Consignments, according to Napa police. Arrest information does not indicate a conviction.

After reportedly throwing a whiskey bottle at another person and then punching out a store window in downtown Napa Tuesday night, a homeless 19-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of felony resisting an officer, vandalism, public intoxication, resisting arrest and violating probation, according to an arrest summary from the City of Napa Police Department:

On 10/30/12 about 2300 hours NPD Officers were dispatched to the area of the Veterans Park regarding an intoxicated subject who threw a whiskey bottle in the direction of the reporting party.

Officers searched the area and located a suspect matching the description in the area of 3rd. St./Franklin St.

An officer observed the suspect, Victor Marcus Graham 02/02/93 transient, punch his hand through a glass window of a business (Alice’s Consignments).

Graham was extremely intoxicated. Officers attempted to place him under arrest and he resisted.

Graham kicked an officer in the leg causing a minor abrasion.

Graham’s resistance was overcome and he was taken into custody.

Graham was booked into the Napa County Department of Corrections.

Arrest information does not indicate a conviction.
