Both Sides Arrested in Domestic Assaults

Police say he hit her with a picture frame and she held scissors to his neck. Arrest information from the City of Napa Police Department does not indicate a conviction.

A north Napa man and woman were both arrested Wednesday on domestic violence and assault charges, according to a shift activity log release by the :

On 4-4-12 at approximately 1600 hours, officers responded to 3449 Willis Drive on a report (of) suspicious circumstances.

Officers arrived on scene and made contact with Andrew Jischke and Tammy Jischke.

During the investigation, Andrew alleged that Tammy assaulted him (causing minor injury) and held a pair of scissors to his throat during an argument.

Tammy alleged that on 4-3-12, Andrew struck her with a large picture frame causing minor injuries.

Both were arrested and booked at the Napa County Department of Corrections, police said.
