Bicycle Thief Nabbed, Napa Police Say
The owner of a stolen bicycle got his wheels back and the alleged thief was jailed, according to Napa police. Arrest information does not indicate a conviction.
A 38-year-old Napa man was jailed Thursday evening on suspicion of receiving stolen property, a bicycle, according to a shift activity log from the City of Napa Police Department:
Napa PD Officers were dispatched to a report of a disturbance in the area of Main and Pueblo.
Upon arrival it was determined that a prior victim of a bicycle theft had located a suspect, Juan Jose Castro (11/01/73) of Napa, riding the stolen bicycle.

The victim recovered the stolen bicycle and directed the officers to the location of the suspect.
Castro was booked into the Napa County Department of Corrections following his arrest at around 6:35 p.m., police said. Arrest information does not indicate a conviction.
