Accused Child Molester Jailed

Posing as a much younger male, the 26-year-old from Aptos preyed on two 14-year-old Napa boys and an Elk Grove teen, according to the Napa County Sheriff's Office. Investigators believe there may be more victims who have not come forward yet.

A 26-year-old Santa Cruz County man was arrested at his home in Aptos Wednesday on suspicion of sexually molesting two 14-year-old Napa boys in separate relationships, according to a press release from the :

In March 2012, Napa County Sheriff’s Detectives received information that between January 2011 and February 2012, a suspect met two separate 14-year-old Napa boys through social networking web sites. The suspect then met each of the boys and ultimately engaged in a sexual relationship with each of the boys, lasting several months.

Information led Detectives to a third victim, who was 15 years old and lived in Elk Grove, at the time of (a) year-long sexual relationship that occurred in 2010.

The suspect was known by three different names: Ashton Nasif, Justin Hicks, and his real name, Justin Noel Lopez, 26 years old, out of Aptos, California. The suspect told victims that he was much younger than his 26 years.

On April 4, 2012 at 8:15 am, Napa Sheriff’s Office Detectives went to Aptos and arrested Lopez at his residence. He was booked into Santa Cruz County Department of Corrections.

Lopez was booked on multiple counts of several felonies, including:

Lewd Act with a Child

Oral Copulation

Sodomy
