3 Adults, 1 Child Injured in Solo Car Crash
Car hits power pole on Browns Valley Road in Napa.
Three adults and one child were injured in a solo vehicle crash in the 3100 block of Browns Valley Road in Napa at about 5:30 p.m. Monday.
The car was traveling eastbound on Browns Valley when it crossed over in to the westbound lanes and struck a power pole, severing the pole at the base.

Witnesses said one adult and the child sustained major injuries. A helicopter was called to transport the child, the witness said.
The other two adults had mild to moderate injuries.

Police closed Browns Valley Road in both directions until the accident could be cleared.
At 7 p.m. Monday, Napa County Sheriff's Office announced that Browns Valley Road was opened between the intersections of Laurel Street and Thompson Avenue.
The cause of the crash was not immediately available.
