Two men recently listed by Napa Valley Crime Stoppers as fugitives from justice were soon returned to custody, according to arrest information from the Napa County Sheriff's Office:
- Wanted for felony failure to appear on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, Deryl Edward Binstock was arrested Jan. 10.
- Wanted for felony burglary, receiving stolen property and forgery, with a prior prison enhancement, Antonio Casimiro Simi was arrested Jan. 13, according to the sheriff's office.
