10-Pound Pot Bust Reported on Hwy. 29

A Grass Valley man was arrested Wednesday by CHP after a traffic stop in Rutherford led to the discovery that his trunk was full of marijuana, according to the Napa Valley Register.

According to a report in the , a officer arrested a 49-year-old Grass Valley man Wednesday afternoon after a traffic stop on Highway 29 in Rutherford led to the discovery of 10 pounds of marijuana in the trunk of his car.

Jesse Lewis was booked at the on suspicion of transporting marijuana for sale, the Register reports.
