Citizen Writes: Why Brian Banducci for Sheriff.

I would like to provide some information to the community in support of Brian Banducci for Sheriff. When he was responsible for law enforcement services in the City of American Canyon and as Under Sheriff for the County of Napa. 

Brian provided many special programs which enhanced the safety and security of our community.

He implemented and  expanded neighborhood watch, business watch and special programs like providing the Sheriff's command van which was staffed with a police officers and placed in front Walmart during the holidays.

His community officer held about 12 community events every month like "Coffee with the Cops" which helped citizens feel comfortable meeting with police and supported open dialogue  to voice concerns about issues in American Canyon.

Brian offered free merchants safety workshops at the police department where he instructed classes on safety and security in the workplace. Brian distributed crime alerts to the community notifying citizens of critical incidents and safety concerns. 

He communicated openly with the media and was not afraid to provide details about issues that affected all of us. He created a Police Explorer program which provided high school students with a career development program while giving back to the community with valuable volunteer services. 

Brian's philosophy is to provide the best level of service possible for our  citizens.

As Sheriff, I know Brian will continue to put the needs of our community first while maintaining a compassionate yet no tolerance policy on crime.. For the first time in 25 years we have the opportunity to elect our Sheriff.

The sheriff is the top cop of our entire community and in the time of need or a critical incident,  I want Brian Banducci to lead us all to safety.  My choice for Sheriff is Brian Banducci, a true leader.
