For those who prefer to choose and cut their own trees, Morris on Facebook recommended "Moon Mountain in Sonoma, where you can walk up in this little canyon, pull the tag off and they go and cut it and bring it back to you while you suck down hot chocolate or cider."

I looked all over town yesterday for a decent priced tree. I went about nuts when I saw a five foot tree for $68. Not having it, after checking a couple more lots with the same high prices. We ventured over to OSH and found our family tree, perfect and over 6 foot for $31.99. My kind of price!

I know this isn't considered Napa Valley, but Larry's Produce in Fairfield s worth a mention. We got a 6 - 7 foot tree there last year for $25. They'll have lots trees in different sizes and they're priced according to size.
