"FOR SALE," reads a sign on the wall outside Adam's Cleaners at 731 First Street, near the Napa Valley Wine Train tracks and the Oxbow Public Market.
"Commercial use — Tasting Room — Restaurant — Retail — Endless Possibilities!"
The property has about 1,800 square feet in two buildings, another sign announces.

Like its neighbors, the 731 First St. parcel has a new flood wall to keep the Napa River at bay and is in the increasingly hip Oxbow District.
