What Belongs in This Napa Storefront?

A handsomely painted storefront on First Street is empty and up for lease or sale, possibly to become a restaurant. What does your imagination picture there? Tell us in the comments what you envision for this downtown spot.

It's been a while since this shop at 1141 First Street has held any merchandise.

Located on the south side of the street between Coombs and Main, it served as the sales office for the until the condo-hotel sold out a couple of years ago. 

According to , it contains 4,273 square feet of space in an open floor plan with a second-floor mezzanine and a modern interior with exposed ceiling beams, natural brick wall and stained concrete floor.

There are three restrooms and the building has been completely remodeled and retrofitted, according to a flyer from the real estate company, which includes floor plans for a potential restaurant.

Strong & Hayden lists 1141 First Street as for sale at $1,350,000 or for lease at $8,325 a month.
