of Napa emailed the following letter June 22 to Napa city and county officials and Napa Patch:
Dear Government Employee,
Have you ever noticed that a dog, while in the first few weeks of his existence, rebels against having a chain around his neck restricting his
He will cry out, as if in pain, when such restrictions are placed on him or her.
However, over time and with proper education and penalties for his public behavior, he will bow to his owners.
Man has done this same thing to human beings for thousands of years before and after the genesis of the independence of the (13) States of the United States of America.
While the four Organic Laws of North America, two before said independence and two after, restrict only men of government they have conditioned the population of the World to believe that written laws apply to everyone everywhere.
If I look up any definition of government or religion it is of defined
places over defined entities of those places. While government and religion are all-powerful, there, they have no legitimate power or control over those who do not accept their authority and power. So they use methods of intimidation, fines, confinement or even death to control the masses.
These men in positions of public trust, of fiction citizens, must be held to account for their wrongs on free human beings of the Creator by being accountable to their sworn oaths of office in which they claim to be citizens of fictional places only doing justice of fictional laws. Are these men not breaking the written and unwritten law in the name of power and profit?
There are many facts to support that the United States was and is a
contrived system of the creation of entities for which a human being, is not aware, that if he signs for that NAME he will be held to account for its obligations to the state.
One problem is getting other human beings to understand this. My sister truly believes that government is an institution placed here by the Creator to justly rule other men. Her beliefs are in the way of ever getting her to understand that human beings have the unwritten laws for other human beings who do wrong, although history shows that it is sometimes abused in the name of religion which is another shackle of control.
Another is that the form of body is weak, in faith, and many rely on the force of others for what they perceive as protection or for communal handouts to make existence easier in the short time in this Universe.
I guess what I am saying is that there are many human beings confined in government institutions and many more who are believe that they are free while crying out to be released from the chains that are restricting them from their unalienable rights in their pursuit of happiness.
My thoughts on this is that I never made application for the "NAME" of the entity, nor for its identity by number, so while I unknowingly have signed many legal documents for that legal name I, the human being, can never be held to account for it unless another entity of the state can prove in fact that the act was done with my full consent as to its terms on land or in buildings that they actually own.
This essay was written to explain on a level that all humans can understand why I am taking the position I have taken and also why I am standing up for what I know to be the right thing to do for all of us. I have faith that because I know I am right, God will watch over me however I fear that by speaking out against government, I am exposing myself to the possibility that these employees of government will lash out against me and once again incarcerate me.
For this reason I have shared my story with hundreds of thousands of people all around the globe with the hope that mankind will stand by me and protect me as well against this evil element that exists within our society. There is a paradigm shift occurring in the universe and I am at the forefront of this amazing and remarkable occurrence.
Please join me in that same faith and hope for our future and the future of our unborn children and grandchildren.
