My first time visiting San Bruno Memorial Veterans Cemetery, it was very emotional. I wasn't expecting what I saw. Thousands, upon of thousands of men and women that had served our country. Waves, upon of waves, of head stones. To be honest, I couldn't help but cry. I roamed through the grave sites for over an hour. Some of the date of births, were in the late 1800s. Some wars noted, WWI and the Spanish-American War. It was an experience. I shall be there again this weekend, to honor those that have served us.
