Inspiring a community of givers: $57,000 and counting

"Being generous of spirit is a wonderful way to live."

A very happy holiday to you all. Now, in the midst of all the wrapping paper and bows, Napa  Valley  CanDo  says: What if everyone gave?

What if the Napa Valley Give!Guide, created by CanDo volunteers to help create a culture of giving,  was truly seen as a "portal to the possible"? There's just one more week to give in this amazing campaign. Donations are gratefully accepted, but only through midnight on December 31. Simply visit: NapaValleyGiveGuide.org

40 local nonprofits and the people they serve benefit through this creative, collaborative venture. So what if everyone in the Napa Valley felt connected enough, committed enough, and grateful enough to make a tax-deductible donation of $10 (or more) during this season of giving?

You make a choice. You make a difference. We make it easy.

Please take time today to copy and paste this message or to craft one of your own. Email it to family and friends. Pass it along to colleagues. We shouldn't need an earthquake to shake us up and motivate us to do the right thing. Right here, right now, we can change the way neighbors think about what it means to be part of a community.

NapaValleyGiveGuide.org Donations accepted until midnight December 31.
