Holiday TV Schedules 2012: When and Where to Watch Christmas Movies and Specials

Looking for times and TV channels to watch your favorite Christmas shows and specials? From "Elf" to "The Polar Express" to a 24-hour marathon of "A Christmas Story," here's where to find out what's playing when.

Holiday movies and specials are already in heavy rotation on cable television channels like The Hallmark Channel and The Hallmark Movie Channel.

Classic-TV.com has compiled a handy schedule of other Christmas and holiday programming on both cable and broadcast TV that takes us right up to "New Year's Rockin' Eve," Dec. 31 on ABC.

Highlights include a 24-hour marathon of "A Christmas Story," starting Christmas Eve on TBS and "King of Kings," 2 p.m. (Pacific time) Christmas Day on TCM.
