bottlerock parking

Glad to hear they put up no event parking signs in the neighborhood around the fairgrounds. However, I went down to Kohl's on Friday afternoon and found that the entire Pearl; street garage was off limits to shoppers, i.e. people who live here. There was no parking in the very small Kohl's lot or the adjacent lots, so I left! Anyone trying to shop anywhere near downtown, forget it. It's not gonna happen!
