If I'm not mistaken, I do believe the family code's main goal is for the best interest of the child to keep them safe. There's nothing in there about the safety of the children or their best interest. Where is the goal to keep families together and for keeping children safe in a loving environment. It's all about telling people what to do and forcing them to comply through the use of the court system. Medical support orders? Should we be worried about having a say so in our medical needs and choices?
