Our back porch last evening. We got our internet back at about 1:30 today. We like to go with the kinda lame local internet company, and we get our signal from the "South Tower". The power went out at the tower. We had 53 mph wind gusts with big sleeting rain at about 6 :30 am, which zapped the power at the tower. It poured from 5:30 - 7:30 and then cleared out. We have showers most of next week, but nothing like these past storms. Our rain gauge says nearly 8" since Wednesday. We have some water in the garage, and we're still bailing out the low spots in the yard, and the ants tried to move in, but we're not nearly cleaning up the mess we'd've been cleaning up if we hadn't taken advantage of the free sandbag give away downtown last Tuesday!
