TO JUST SAY NO                                                                                    OUST HIM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  He needs to get gone.......   No term limits in Napa means that this guy gets to keep a decent paying job with great perks and a pleasant retirement plan while in the mean time  alledgedly fulfilling his duties as a travel agent.  A travel agent.  If our sources are correct, then Lieberstein has the luxury of lording over a workforce that is subject to his needs and demands.  As the head of the district attorney's office, GL has the ability to allocate his and his employees' manhours to fit his needs.  We are thinking that this frees up a lot of time and energy for his alledged moonlighting.                      At his age, if he were to leave the district attorney's office, he would likely be faced with starting his own practice, ( which, for obvious reasons would be highly unlikely ), or signing on with an established firm, either of which would suffocate his dedication to his alledged sideline as a merchant of pleasure.  Geez, are tax payers ok with this?    The devil you know...............                                                  Given Napa's sordid past, vis' a vis'  Black folk in the valley, Lieberstein seems like a fit for those who cotton to the notion that Blacks STILL should be subject to scrutiny and harassment if they are spotted north of Imola after sundown.  He seems a proper fit for those who believe that the letters: N-A-P-A stand for:  NO AFRICAN PEOPLE ALLOWED.  Animous between his people and minorities began to develop during the mid to late sixties, as evidenced in many a chronicle, and many believe that this occured when Blacks and Hispanics began seeking ECONOMIC and racial equality.      Cheryl Lynn Greenberg wrote an excellent book on the subject titled:  " Troubling the Waters ".  Napa proper seems to be a fair and decent community, but there is an imbedded cadre of malcontents who desire to keep our calendars glued to the Civil War era, that calendar having been purchased with Confederate monies.                        Gazing at Lieberstein's list of folks who endorse him, there is a telling dirth of Hispanic surnames.  There is BY FAR, no group more impacted by Lieberstein and his underlings.            In closing, we are curious as to why Lieberstein alledgedly allowed one of his  top assistants, someone who was serving  large  under former Governor Pete Wilson    , to leave the D.A.'s office scot free, alledgedly for something that would have sent other folk scurrying to make bail.    HRM King Jarvis IV
