A Public Execution In Boston

                                                                    ROYAL PROCLAMATION                                                                                                                            Be it known now, henceforth, and forevermore, that HRM King Jarvis IV hereby commands the Royal Exchequer to reserve funds for the identification of the " Naked Boston Bombing Suspect " who was caught,  photographed,  and released by the law enforcement authorities in Massachusetts in April last.  This man can be seen via CNN footage both naked, clothed, and in the custody of apparent FBI agents during the hours of the shoot out in the Boston area.  Common sense and photographic evidence dictates that the man in question is Tamerlan Tsarnaev.  Period.  How he withdrew from custody and then later slain should be explained to the world.                                                           Apparently, Tamerlan Tsarnaev was " Dornered ", and his younger brother was given a curbside tracheostomy immediately upon arrest for reasons known.    Dzhokhar was rendered speechless thusly, making it possible for him to communicate by nodding or in writing.  Period.  We are sure that he will be denied franking priviledges or writing opportunities as the authorities will foreclose on him being anywhere pen and paper unless it is convenient for them.         We maintain that these apparent acts are blatantly extraConstitutional.  Deed done.     SO IT BE WRITTEN, SO IT BE DONE.            HRM King Jarvis IV
