1)      The Macaron Tower ($175 - $500) – Similar to the Croquembuche, this magnificent French pastry decoration was first introduced by Pastry Chef Adam, who was organizing parties at Le Chateau de Versailles for Louis XIV.  They remain popular today throughout Europe as they are often used for holiday festivities and weddings.  Bouchon Bakery has made it available this holiday season in three sizes serving 15-50 guests.

2)      Gingerbread People ($3.75) – This cheerful cookie uses a classic gingerbread recipe and is just as fun to decorate as it is to eat.  Bouchon Bakery makes these cookies available everyday at all the bakeries, but each day the cookies are decorated uniquely.

3)      Buche de Noel ($6.25 - $45) – This traditional French dessert is always served around the Christmas holiday.  Bouchon Bakery has made Lemon Meringue and Chocolate Cremeux Buche de Noels available in individual, 6” inch, and 8” inch sizes this year – perfect for individual place settings or to slice and share with a group.
