Treasure Hunt: Donations Sought for NEWS, Napa Women's Club April 6 Event

Annual Napa Emergency Women's Services, NWC fundraiser benefits women in need.

Donations are being sought for the Fifth Annual Treasure Hunt to benefit women's services in Napa.

The event, sponsored by Napa Women's Club and will be Saturday, April 6, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Napa Women’s Clubhouse, 218 Franklin St., Napa.

Donations of designer, quality and gently used items: outer-wear such as coats, hats, scarves, gloves, belts, accessories such as jewelry, watches, purses, wallets and glasses.

"We are thrilled to collaborate with NEWS in this fun and unique fundraiser,” said Dina Greenberg, vice president, NWC. “There truly are some fabulous 'treasures' to be found and at the same time we are doing right by the women and children in need in ourcommunity."

Sandra Re, president of NEWS, agreed.

“Working together organizing and coordinating The Treasure Hunt with NWC brings us closer to our mutual goals of uplifting the lives of women and children,” Re said.

 Early-bird special admission to the event 10 a.m.) is $10.
