Community Corner

"Weird Weather & Natural Disasters" Exhibit Opening

Like every other community, Napa County has suffered its share of the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune. Throughout the years we've been roasted by fires, frozen by snowstorms, deluged by floods, and shaken by earthquakes. Yet, with our resourcefulness, ingenuity, and dedicated hard work, we always pull through.

This winter, weather gets wild with snowstorms, fires, floods, and earthquakes in The History Center's newest exhibit, "Weird Weather & Natural Disasters," opening October 16, 5:30pm, at the Goodman Library located at 1219 First Street in downtown Napa. See our county battle the elements, and learn about how we romped, played, struggled, and fought against the forces of Mother Nature.
