He has trained in the Martial Art of Kyudo "The Way of The Bow" for over 19 years. Rik has been meditating since the late 1980's and is a member of the Spirit Rock Community Sangha.

The Napa Valley Meditation Group meets every Tuesday from 7:00pm – 8:30 pm at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship, located at 1625 Salvador Ave, Napa. We host an outside guest speaker once a month from various Buddhist and insight meditation communities around the bay area. All levels of experience are welcome.
