New Year's Eve Dinner at Trinitas Wine Cellar & Ballroom Party

Celebrate New Year’s Eve with Trinitas Cellars and The Meritage Resort. Savor a magnificent six-course dinner prepared by our award-winning culinary team, paired beautifully with Trinitas' wines. The stunning Entertainment Cave sets the stage for a celebration of good food, great wines, and new beginnings.

Once dinner is over, walk over to the Carneros Ballroom for a fun-filled night of dancing. For $200 or $170 for Trinitas Wine Society Members, enjoy dinner, wine, dancing, dessert, and a sparkling wine toast at midnight.
