Fencing Classes, Clubs, Tournaments

Fencing Class


Instructor:  Jana Wick


Fencing students will learn all of the basics of the sport including; footwork, blade work, and strategy.  Training will include drills to develop fine motor skills, eye-hand coordination, and confidence.  Beginning students will focus on foil, while advanced students also train in epee and sabre.  All standard gear is provided.


 


Fencing Club


Instructor:  Jana Wick, Kai Morgan


Coaches are available to provide instruction on the various fencing weapons; foil, epee, and sabre.  All standard gear is provided as well as electric strips.  All students must complete a provisional membership form with the US Fencing Association.  There is a one-time $5 fee for the 2012/13 seasons. Forms will be available at class.


 


Fencing: Private Lessons


Instructor:  Jana Wick


Private Fencing Lessons are a great way to take your fencing to the next level.  This one-on-one format allows students to focus on developing their individual strengths in the weapon of their choice.  Students enroll for five twenty- minute lessons to be scheduled with the instructor. 


 


Fencing Team Event


Instructor:  Jana Wick, Kai Morgan


Students who are interested in the more competitive aspect of the sport will learn about fencing tournaments and how they are run as they take part in this event.  This is also a venue for our school fencing teams to challenge another school.  All standard gear is provided.

Why do the Hispanics need their own Chamber Of Commerce? Asians, African-Americans, Caucasians,Read More Indians, and all other races use the same Chamber Of Commerce in unity. The Hispanics are welcome to use it as well. Unless they're promoting their own race above others in the business community. Naw, they wouldn't do anything racist like that, would they?
