Casino Royale Shop with a Cop fundraiser

We are pleased to announce that the annual Shop With a Cop fundraiser is again going to have the theme Casino Royale!  This year, the event is on November 2nd and will be at the beautiful Lincoln Theater in Yountville.  We had great success last year and ended up helping over 64 children all while having a great night playing casino games, dancing, enjoying fine wines, and hors d oeuvres.  This year we would like to help over 100 needy children enjoy the holiday season.  For more information please visit the Napa Shop with a Cop Facebook page, where you can also see photographs of last year's recipients shopping with Napa Law Enforcement officers at Target.  As always, we are looking for donations for our silent auction and any help would be greatly appreciated.

Tickets are now on sale and are only $40.00 each.

What is Shop With a Cop?

It is a program that selects some of Napa’s neediest children and provides them with a great experience.  On an early morning in December the parents or guardian of the child take them to the South Napa Target store, which opens at 6:00 just for this event.  The child is paired with a Napa Law Enforcement Officer who takes them around the store to do holiday shopping.  The child selects gifts for their family spending $100.  While the child and the officer have breakfast, volunteers wrap the gifts.  The child receives a gift for them and leaves the store with knowledge of what the holiday season is supposed to be about.
