Park Avenue Restaurant of Orange County, for a demonstration of his SoCal specialties, followed by custom menu, created to pair perfectly with Bouchaine
wines. You'll enjoy this sumptuous feast alfresco on our garden deck with
live entertainment.

DEMO: Smoked Salmon Quesadilla, garden tomato & chive cream
PASSED:
- Steak Bites, soy, ginger and molasses marinade
- Veggie Costini with sirachi dollop
FIRST COURSE: Ravioli, chard & ricotta, brown butter & lemon zest
SECOND COURSE: Mixed Grill filet mignon medallions, grilled
potatoes, leeks & tomatoes, morning’s harvest of lettuces, mozzarella &
tomatoes
DESSERT: Short cake with strawberries & vanilla cream
