On the agenda: An update on local implementation of the Affordable Care Act; a resolution initiating a General Plan amendment to update the Housing Element for the planning period 2014-2022; a letter opening exploratory negotiations with Marin Clean Energy to determine if joining the existing Community Choice Aggregation program is desirable for Napa County; discussion and possible direction regarding the necessary steps to convert the Registrar of Voter into an appointed position; closed sessions (CEO performance evaluation and appointment of a new Director of Planning, Building and Environmental Services, and consent items. Followed by a special joint meeting at 7 p.m. with the Calistoga City Council, Calistoga Community Center, 1307 Washington Street, Calistoga, California, including a presentation on City partnerships to improve the Napa River, Pioneer Park, and local and regional bicycle and hiking trails and Health Care reform.
