Board of Supervisors meeting

On the agenda: Proclamations declaring October 2013 as Domestic Violence Awareness Month, Nov. 4 through 9 as "California Flood Preparedness Week," and Oct. 24 as "Food Day" in Napa County; Registrar of Voters to discuss processes and procedures involved in post-election night ballot processing and reporting of results and other topics; requested actions regarding the 1986 Airport Industrial Area Specific Plan and associated zoning; appointments to the North Bay Water Reuse Authority Board of Directors and Technical Advisory Committee; appointment to the Napa County Local Food Advisory Council; resolution approving an MOU with a variety of agencies supporting the control and minimizing of the population of quagga and zebra mussels in North Bay and North Coast area waterways; recess at 5 p.m. to a joint meeting with the St. Helena City Council; and closed session re: anticipated litigation; plus consent items.
