Bastille Day
Join us at the winery on July 14th from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. to
celebrate our French heritage with crêpes filled with farm fresh produce from
our estate gardens. Our Frenchman and crepe-maker extraordinaire, Joël
Hoachuck, will make winery guests one of three delicious options:
- La Croque Monsieur,
with ham, Swiss cheese and Dijon mustard - Le Grecque,
with spinach, cucumber, tomatoes, lemon olive oil and Feta cheese - La Pomme à la Cannelle, with Dollarhide Ranch apple butter, cinnamon sugar,
and a dollop of whipped cream.
One crepe is included with each paid tasting for all guests at
St. Supéry from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.
