Annual Mental Health and Resource Fair

will host its annual Mental Health Symposium and Resource Fair on Saturday May

3rd, 2014 from 10:30am to 12:30pm at the Napa Public Library Community Meeting
Room. The theme of this year's Symposium is "Suicide and Self-Harm

Prevention."





A special feature of the Symposium will be a QPR (Question, Persuade and Refer)

Training that will run from 10:30 to 11:30. QPR is intended to teach anyone,

parent, friend or professional, who is in a position to recognize the warning

signs, clues and suicidal communications of people in trouble to ACT vigorously

to prevent a possible tragedy. The training is free of charge and one CEU can

be offered to LMFT's and LCSW's only.
