“Collecting signatures allows me to hear the questions and comments of county residents and property owners,” Tuteur added. “I will be in front of shopping centers and markets in American Canyon, the City of Napa, Yountville, St. Helena, Calistoga and Angwin weekends through Sunday, Feb. 3.”

By collecting signatures in-lieu, Tuteur can offset a portion of the filing fee required to run for Assessor-Recorder-County Clerk.  Tuteur will also have voter registration forms available for new residents or those who have moved since the last election.
