Lieberstein finished with 12,871 votes, or 49.32 percent to
Kensok's 7,509 votes or 28.78 percent of the vote.
Napa County criminal defense attorney Doug Pharr finished third
with 21.9 percent.
Napa County's voter turnout was 39.55 percent.
"I am pleased that once again Napa County voters turned out in
greater numbers than the statewide average of approximately 25 percent," Napa
County Registrar of Voters John Tuteur said.
