Our early mornings are about to get a little brighter: Daylight Saving Time officially ends at 2 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 4.
Remember, you'll "fall back" by setting your clocks back one hour. Many electronic devices automatically adjust when Daylight Saving Time begins or ends.
When you change your clocks in the fall and spring, it’s also a good time to change smoke detector batteries and check to make sure other devices are in working order.
Do you have a semiannual ritual to go along with the time change? Will you take advantage of the "extra" hour to stay up later than usual Saturday night? Tell us in the comments.
Arizona, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands and American Samoa do not observe Daylight Saving Time.
Daylight Saving Time begins again on March 10, 2013.
