FUGITIVE FRIDAY UPDATE: Palmas, Knight Arrested

Napa Police arrested 25-year-old Diego Ochoa Palmas on Friday, May 31.

Palmas had been featured in a late May, Napa Valley Patch Fugitive Friday article, wanted on a felony probation violation for false imprisonment with violence.

Also arrested was 50-year-old Scott Paul Knight. He was taken into custody on June 1.
