Did You Lose Power in the Storm?

PG&E has no estimate on when power will be restored to 14,000 North Bay residences. By Bay City News Service.

More than 30,000 people throughout the Bay Area were in the dark early Sunday because of power outages triggered by stormy weather.

As of 2:50 a.m., a PG&E  spokesman said, about 14,000 customers in the North Bay and 12,800 customers in the East Bay were without power. PG&E spokesman J.D. Guidi said weather-related outages were also affecting 4,000 customers in the  South Bay, 3,300 along the Peninsula and 120 in San Francisco.

Because of the large number of outages, there are no estimates for  when power will be restored to PG&E customers, Guidi said.
