Bank Robber Had Handgun, Police Say
He handed the teller a note demanding money and fled with cash, according to Napa police.
have released an update on Wednesday morning’s bank robbery at Bel Aire Plaza in north Napa.
About 10 a.m., a man armed with a handgun walked into in the south end of the shopping center, approached a bank teller and gave her a note demanding money, police said.

The man fled on foot from the bank with an undisclosed amount of cash before police arrived. No bank customers or employees were hurt, according to the police update.
At this time, investigators said they do not know if the robber acted alone or had accomplices.

The man is described as white, mid to late 60s, wearing sunglasses, dark green shirt and ball cap, blue jeans and white tennis shoes, police said.
