Updated 4:30 p.m.: The USGS has upgraded the magnitude of the quake to 3.3.

A small earthquake was felt in Napa Monday morning. According to the U.S. Geological Survey it was a 3.3 magnitude quake originating in the Green Valley fault southeast of Napa.
