Who Has The Most Famous "Duck" Brand Wine?

Press Democrat expounds on lawsuit filed by Duckhorn Vineyards against Duck Commander Wines.

Has Napa Valley's Duckhorn Vineyards met its "duck" trademark match in the Duck Commander Wines?

According to the Press Democrat, that remains to be seen in court.

The newspaper, in an article Saturday, expounds on the ongoing lawsuit by Duckhorn against Duck Commander on the use of the "duck" name.

Napa Valley Patch first reported on the lawsuit, filed in November, late last year. Both wines have ties to the Napa Valley since Duck Commander Wines are being produced in partnership with Trinchero Family Estates in St. Helena.
