Soscol Transit Site Opens for Bidding

NCTPA is moving forward with plans for a new transit terminal near the Napa Valley Expo.

The Napa County Transportation & Planning Agency, NCTPA,  is moving forward with plans for a new transit terminal near the Napa Valley Expo.

Currently the countywide transportation planning agency,  comprised of the county of Napa and all the incorporated cities within it, operates the VINE bus line from its Pearl Street terminal with routes within and between the cities. It also transports commuters and day trippers between Napa and transportation hubs in El Cerrito del Norte (BART) and Vallejo (Baylink ferry terminal serving San Francisco).

The new transit center will be located at 4th St. and Burnell, just east of Soscal and Third.
