"Red X" Heralds TEDx Conference on Leadership
Sunday at the Napa Valley Opera House, 100 people are gathering to hear fresh ideas from Wine Country leaders during Napa's first TEDx conference. To raise awareness, organizers took their "Red X" on a valley tour this week.
What's with the big red X?
Appearing here and there around the Napa Valley this week, it's a harbinger of Sunday's inaugural conference, titled "Empowering Leadership at All Levels."

The local conference, which costs just $100 a ticket, got its start during last year's Leadership Napa Valley class, when First Street businesswoman Sandina Bailo of and a group of classmates made it the focus of their hands-on Leadership project.
With Andrew Healy, Bailo has organized a panel of speakers who will take the Opera House stage before an audience that is strictly limited to 100 ticketholders -- media included.
