Quiz: Where Can You Get This Soup?

A creamy dish, perfect for a chilly day in Napa: Can you identify it, and the restaurant where it is made?

Mmm, mmm, soup.

When it comes to this sustaining, savory liquid, Napa's restaurants more than hold their own: They're raising the bar for quality, elevating the slurpable starter to heights you don't find just anywhere.

Case in point: the velvety, complex concoction in our photograph. If you've tried it, you know it's a winner.

Updated Feb. 16: The reveal

Jennifer Chen Everett, Ian Stanley and (over on Facebook) Gia Sempronio of Phat Salads and Wraps are three people who really know their soups!

They correctly identified the dish in our photo as the coconut mushroom clam soup dished up by Bistro Sabor's creative chef Jeff Murphy.

Not only is it a delight for the senses, but the price is pleasing too: $6. Stop by during Happy Hour, Tuesday through Saturday from 3 to 6 p.m., and you can pair it with a $5 glass of wine or $3.50 draft beer. Closed Sunday and Monday.
