New Napa Human Resources Firm Caters to Businesses

HumanageHR handles human resources services for business clients.

When new Napa resident Maria Cordova started HumanageHR, her mission was to remove the stress and burden of human resources away from clients so they could focus on running successful businesses.

Cordova, founder and president of HumanageHR, says she provides flexible, personalized services that cater to clients’ specific financial, cultural and strategic environments.

“We are seeing a real shift in the world of human resources,” Cordova said. “Many businesses do not have the resources or the time to invest in a fully functioning, in-house HR department.

"Therefore, outsourcing for special projects or certain functions of HR is growing in popularity,” she said.
