We should all have such problems: Downtown Napa's newest eating place, , opened its doors to such instant and overwhelming demand that owners Curtis and Tara Lindley were running out of food every day.
Especially for a , turning away guests is no way to be in the hospitality business.
So the Lindleys quickly revamped their business plan—which had called for about half as many customers a day as they found themselves serving at lunchtime alone—ordered a new fryer and refrigerator, called their contractor and after lunch on their eighth day of business.
Chef Curtis Lindley had estimated Napa Valley Biscuits would be shuttered for a week; that turned into nine days, but the restaurant was set to reopen Tuesday at 7 a.m., according to a sign posted on the restaurant's front door Monday afternoon.
Y'all go, now, y'hear?
I forwarded this to my husband and oldest son...bet they will be beating down the doors to get some good bizkits!!
