The long-awaited sale of Napa Town Center has become a reality, according to a report in the .
In "Zapolski completes deal to buy Napa's Town Center," Register business editor Jennifer Huffman reports that developer Todd Zapolski has purchased the troubled pedestrian mall from George Altamura, Sr., George Altamura, Jr., and the Doctors Company.
Zapolski is combining the Town Center and a previously purchased building on First Street into 156,000 square feet of space to be known as The Shops at Napa Center, according to Huffman's report.
